Meet Miniimah

Connector. Coach. Community Builder. Miniimah Saafir has spent decades turning her own story into a roadmap for others.
Our Mission
The Right Connection Can Change Everything.
At New Connections Global, LLC, that belief is at the heart of everything we do.
Our mission is to create meaningful connections that move people, businesses, and communities forward. Through business and administrative solutions, strategic partnerships, event and project management, communications, professional services, personal development, and innovative programs, we connect people with the resources, opportunities, information, and support they need to turn ideas into action and possibilities into progress.
New Connections Global exists to help make the connection that makes the difference.
A Life Built on Connection
Miniimah Saafir is the founder and CEO of New Connections Global — a multi-service umbrella company rooted in one unshakeable belief: that every person deserves access to the tools, community, and support they need to live a purposeful life.
Her journey wasn't a straight line. It was a series of pivots, setbacks, reinventions, and breakthroughs that ultimately shaped her into the coach, speaker, and entrepreneur she is today. She has navigated career transitions, personal loss, and the unique challenges that come with building something from nothing — and she brings every one of those lessons into her work.
What started as a passion for helping people find their footing grew into a full ecosystem of services: coaching, speaking, business support, notary services, creative publishing, events, and community housing initiatives. The NCG Umbrella exists because Miniimah refused to believe that people had to figure it all out alone.
Everyone needs New Connections.
